Andrew Oliver 

The highly regarded maritime lawyer became CEO in 2026, having served as chair of the organisation for the previous four years.

To do so, he stepped down as a partner at Andrew Jackson Solicitors, having represented the firm for 37 years. He remains a consultant, specialising in marine, fisheries, environmental and regulatory law.

Andrew is proud to now lead a passionate team at the forefront of Grimsby’s leading role in seafood and offshore wind. He also serves as chair of Humber Marine & Renewables, having played a pivotal role in helping merge Team Humber Marine Alliance and Grimsby Renewables Partnership, to create it.
