Like Danny, Ben was also appointed as a director in 2025 further strengthening the business knowledge in the boardroom. He joined Grimsby Fish Dock Group in 2013, from a private accountancy practice in northern Lincolnshire, becoming finance manager in 2016.

Ben has played a key role in the diversification of the business, with the launch of a  training business and other allied services to the sectors served, resulting in new company formations and accounting procedures.
